Team super Wales enjoy strong showing at British Bench Press Championships 2026

The 2026 Phil Richard Classic opened the Welsh Powerlifting season at our new U-FIT Cardiff venue, with 67 lifters, 22 first-timers, 28 Welsh records, £300 raised for the Rocky Road Foundation, and a fitting tribute to Hall of Fame legend Phil Richard.
