theloadedplatespodcast
Two lifters navigating the Welsh Powerlifting scene — sharing their journey, hyping the comps, and building community one episode at a time.
The podcast is all about life on (and off) the platform in Wales: progress, interviews with lifters, and recaps of WPA competitions.
We also bring you behind-the-scenes insights — like our live halftime show at the 2025 Welsh Championships — blending commentary, community, and a bit of banter along the way.
Whether you're chasing PBs or just powerlifting-curious, there's a place for you here.
